Real Estate Auction #1: You’re sure to like the opportunities this wonderful residential development has to offer.  All lots have city water, sanitary sewer, underground electric, cable TV, phone, and storm sewer.  All lots have deed restrictions.  Taxes are approximate subject to the home you build.  Zoned residential.  All parcels have been surveyed and will be flagged for your review.  Auction held under a tent at Lot #24.
